Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Salary Range: $76,000-$86,000 depending on experience and location

Position Summary

Genesys Works is a national leader in providing pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. Currently, in eight cities nationwide, we are positioning ourselves for future growth. To support in achieving the goals of our strategic plan, we seek a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will, along with their team, assist with executing our brand strategy, thought leadership content, and brand guidance across all digital marketing channels. We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies who can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), using insights to optimize strategy
  • Identify trends and opportunities, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to improve reach, engagement and conversion
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that expand audience and impact
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Improve conversion rates by tracking and refining user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to maximize marketing efforts (or effectiveness)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience creating social media images and videos preferably using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven working experience in developing and executing digital marketing/communications strategies
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

Preferred qualifications

  • BS/MS degree or 3-4 years experience in marketing or a related field
  • Salesforce & Pardot experience
