Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually commensurate with experience

The Associate Director of Sales Operations & Support serves as a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting the systems, processes, reporting, and training that enable Genesys Works' Corporate Partnerships team to operate effectively. This role helps maintain data quality, supports Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud adoption, develops reporting and dashboards, coordinates training initiatives, and assists with business process improvement efforts across multiple departments. Working closely with national and site Corporate Partnerships leadership, this position helps ensure consistent execution of organizational processes while providing staff with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve organizational goals.

With a presence in nine cities and a plan to expand in the coming years, the Genesys Works National Sales team focuses on securing internships and partnerships with major employers in support of our strategic growth initiatives and innovative new offerings that allow us to serve more students and have a greater impact.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & CRM Support

  • Support ongoing administration, adoption, and optimization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and rollout of system enhancements and process changes.
  • Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across records.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training resources.
  • Serve as a resource for staff questions related to Salesforce processes and reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support forecasting, pipeline management, internship placement tracking, and organizational performance monitoring.
  • Conduct recurring data audits and provide actionable insights to Revenue team leadership.
  • Support analysis of corporate partner renewals, growth opportunities, and operational trends.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership teams.

Training & Support

  • Coordinate and facilitate Salesforce and business process trainings for Corporate Partnerships and Program staff.
  • Support onboarding of new staff members on CRM processes and reporting tools.
  • Identify common challenges and recommend resources or process improvements to increase adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience, including:
    • Experience using Salesforce, including reports and dashboards.
    • Experience supporting business, sales, or program operations.
    • Experience facilitating training, developing documentation, or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to use them to compel individuals to action.
  • Collaborative problem solver who brings a customer service mindset to working with national and site level colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Sound judgment – ability to balance organizational policy with the site’s values and business need.
